Essenza Design

Essenza Design is a Qatar-based Interior Design Firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects, including the hospitality and retail sectors.

With over 15 years of experience in the GCC, our dynamic team will deliver our clients’ most demanding visions through professional creativity and the highest industry standards. Essenza Design approaches each project with commitment and flexibility to accommodate our clients’ individual needs – and no project is too large (or too small!)

INTERIOR DESIGN

We are passionate not only about interior design but also about other fields that relate to this discipline – such as landscaping, branding, furniture and finishes manufacturing; therefore we perform a broader approach in our proposals so the quality and whole experience of the spaces is enhanced.

Our interior design methodology is focused on the specific needs of the client and the context where the project should be delivered. A user-orientated approach combining aesthetics and practicality helps us to deliver realistic but at the same time beautiful solutions, suitable within the project setting.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Coordination and forethought are crucial for the successful delivery of new-built and refurbishment projects. Our training as architects and designers include strong managerial skills. We understand the challenges of time and budget pressures while keeping quality standards, and the variety of perspectives and interests from the different stakeholders involved in the design.

Either for big entities of for individual clients we can manage the design and procurement process from inception to hand over. Purchasing, quality control, freight/delivery monitoring and site installation can be included in our scope of services.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

Our knowledge of the local industry facilitates the supervision of the project construction phase. We have a wide network of manufacturers and suppliers based in Qatar and we have worked previously with diverse teams of foremen and builders in a range of successful instances. In fact, further jobs have reached us through these groups due to the smooth collaboration and satisfaction of the clients.

Regulations, H&S requirements, or the need to keep open and available the premises during construction are, among others, important factors considered by Essenza when supervising sites. Clients’ deadlines motivate our team to deliver quality on-site and on time.
